How Investing in Myself and My Business Makes It All Possible

How Investing in Myself and My Business Makes It All Possible

I joined a high-level coaching program because I knew I was ready for the next level and I needed the path to get there. Every successful person has a team to help them succeed and push them up the ladder. I chose my coach for a few things. First, her systems and strategies were exactly what I needed to move my business forward and they worked. Also, her values aligned with mine.

During the program, I attended a high-level coaching retreat with my coach and a community of others who are making an impact in their communities. These people inspired me to continue to show up even bigger for my community.

Community is Everything

When I first invested in this coaching program, community was not the number one reason. It did become a beautiful by-product that left me with fantastic relationships and people I can turn to that “get it!”

I started the Dance Studio Business Building & Growth Community on Facebook for us all to find a place together, where people know you and understand what you’re doing. Belonging to a community is absolutely integral to your success. Have you found your community? Join ours! It’s part of the fun and joy of business – and you might find a new Business Bestie.

Decision is the Key to Success

Decisions are the forks in the road. Life doesn’t just happen to us; we are active participants. We get out of life what we choose. One of the keys for successful people is they make their decisions based on their goals and where they want to be, not where they are or where they were in the past.

You have to have a system to make a decision. There are small, medium, and large decisions in your life and not all are weighted equally. You probably don’t have big decisions to make every week. If you feel like you’re stuck in indecision, stop and think about your goals. If your decision lines up with your values and goals then it should be an easy decision (or if it doesn’t).

Have Fun

The more fun you have in life and in business, the more money you will make. Overwhelm happens when we stop having fun. Making fun a priority makes us feel better and allows the money to flow.

Do a fun audit. How much fun are you having compared to how much money are you making? Lean into this mantra: The More Fun I Have, The More Money I Make!
